Impact Psychiatry PC offers ONLY Telehealth visits to Arizona residents scheduled by appointment only. Services are rendered to Child, Adolescent, Adult and Older Adults ages 8 – 70 years old. To establish care with us, call the office or click on schedule appointment to complete a short intake form. Upload your insurance card if applicable. Upon receiving your request, and approved as a patient, you will receive an email with a link to access the patient portal provided by our HIPPA secured electronic health system to self- schedule your appointment, (or call the office), review all intake forms, sign and submit. No download is required. Patient portal link can also be accessed on our website if you are an established patient. We have streamlined our secured intake process to make it easy for clients to access forms and join Zoom Health virtual visits via any computer, IPADs, Tablets or phone.
We do not offer walk-in appointments. Visits are by scheduled appointments only. If having an emergency, call 911, go to the nearest Hospital or urgent care for evaluation, or call Crisis Hotline at 602-222-9444.

Lucy is a licensed, Board Certified Advanced Family Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with expertise in treating Child, Adolescent and Adults. She graduated from Stony Brook University, New York. Lucy has also taught Nurse Practitioner graduate students enrolled in Psychopharmacology and Advanced Mental Health and Psychiatric-Mental Health Diagnosis and Management I, at Maryville University St Louis Missouri.
Lucy’s areas of expertise include, Anxiety disorder, Panic disorders, Depression, Bipolar Disorder, Insomnia Impulsivity/Aggression, Anger, PTSD, Eating disorder, Mood disorder, and ADHD. Lucy provides psychotropic medication management in combination with psychotherapy to help her clients achieve and maintain optimal health.
With her exposure to diverse populations, Lucy offers a unique set of skills when providing evaluations, medication management and Psychotherapy. With over 18 years of clinical experience, Lucy strives to provide personalized care to her clients.
